With the order forms, You can choose from a Word
version or a
PDF version.
1.
'PDF'
FORM
Simply
click on the PDF
form, print
out and
complete your request for products, send it via the post with your payment
2.
'WORD'
FORM
Two options available here:
Either .. click
on Word form, print
out the form and
complete your request for products, post back with payment
or ...
click on the Word form, fill out the form on your computer (in Word), save it as
"McComb Order", then email it (see address below) with the file as an
attachment. This option is only available though if paying by credit card
P.S. ... Don't forget to send the payment!

Just contact Judy directly with
your order of interest. PayPal has proved to be the best way
to organise payment though credit card is also fine
